Damage to lodging insurance

Provencemotion takes care to provide for a carefree trip. We offer you a Damage to Lodging insurance in co-operation with the EUROPEAN Travel Insurance Group, Europe’s Leading Travel Insurer in case you might damage something to the accommodation. You are covered up to € 2500. (see coverage and conditions below).

This insurance is included in the booking price so we don’t charge any costs for this. !

Cancellation insurance

It can happen that you might need to cancel your booking before your stay because of an uncertain event under severe circumstances. Think about a situation of a relative getting seriously ill, you are getting unemployed  or when you or your partner is pregnant. You are obliged to pay cancellation costs (check our rental conditions) if you cancel your booking. The earlier prior to stay, the more the cancellation costs are to be paid.

That’s why it is important to take a cancellation insurance. We can offer you a cancellation insurance in co-operation with the EUROPEAN Travel Insurance Group for a premium of 5.9% of the booking price. If you have to cancel before departure your cancellation costs are refunded completely. When you have to cancel during your stay ETIG also refunds the complete travel amount (see coverage and condtions below).
