Ideally located between the Lubéron and the Alpilles mountains, 20' away from Avignon, 15' from Gordes, and 10' from Eygalières and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, in the midst of a 40-acre fruit tree property, this farm house of over 500 sq feet was built in the 18th century. It was fully renovated in a modern style in 2007 and is now equipped with modern amenities.

 

Your residence of 250 sq. feet is fully independent. It will enable you to enjoy the Provençal scenery and way of life. It is the perfect starting point for excursions to all the scenic villages and cultural festivals that the area offers. You will be dazzled by the beauty of the masonry and antique and custom made furniture. The living room and dining room lead to the courtyard, the patio and the gardens. The living room is equipped with a monumental stone fireplace, a piano and HiFi equipment. The dining room table was custom made by the owners and can sit up to 12 people. The four comfortable bedrooms with high quality bedding (each with a double bed of 160cm/or two single beds) are situated on the first floor and have their own in-laid bathroom and separate toilet. The fourth bedroom (with 140cm bed) that takes part of a studio with kitchenette is situated on the second floor.

 

Right outside the house, you can wander through under the plum and apple trees, or relax by the pool. A gaz barbecue is available for outdoor cooking. Only a short drive away are all the scenic villages (Eygalières, Saint Rémy-de-Provence, les Baux-de-Provence, Gordes, Oppède...)and fresh fruit markets of Lubéron and Alpilles. You can attend plays at the Avignon festival, listen to world class pianists at La Roque d'Anthéron festival, go snorkeling in the calanques of Marseille, wander through lavender fields in Sault, or discover Camargue on horseback.
