This nicely decorated holiday house is situated in Pernes-les-Fontaines (Vaucluse), famous of its numerous fountains and historical centre nearby the beautiful national park of the Luberon. It lies in a beautiful and still authentic region with a landscape of rolling hills covered with sunny vineyards and olive trees. It is situated nearby Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its antique markets, Saumane-de-Vaucluse, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes. Because of its ideal situation Pernes-les-Fontaines offers lots of possibilities to discover other beautiful areas of Provence such as Avignon - the city of Popes, the Camargue, Luberon or the authentic villages around the Mont Ventoux.

 

In the warm summer period you will appreciate this extra isolated holiday house as all the rooms are air conditioned. The interior has been chosen with care by its owners and offers all the comfort you might need during your holidays in Provence. The spacious living room and dining room have good quality furniture with French doors that open onto the lovely shaded terrace. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with high quality bedding.

 

You will enjoy the shaded terrace with the pergola covered with grapevines that gives enough shadow to have a nice meal outside. In the evening you might like to drink a good glass of wine under the century-old olive tree in the middle of the garden, on one of the benches. The garden has a nice view of the heated swimming pool just a few meters from the house. Surrounded by palm trees and olive trees you can get tanned on the sun beds. The pool house, next to the swimming pool, is equipped with a toilet, shower and wash basin. The owners have their house on the same property but your accommodation is totally separated by a nice green hague to insure your independance.
