Brand new holiday house in Malemort-du-Comtat in the countryside between the Mont Ventoux and Luberon at the heart of Provence. It lies in a beautiful and still authentic region with a landscape of rolling hills covered with sunny vineyards and olive trees. It is situated nearby Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its antique markets, Pernes-les-Fontaines famed for its fontaines, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse and Gordes Because of its ideal situation Malemort-du-Comtat offers lots of possibilities to discover other beautiful areas of the Provence such as Avignon - the city of Popes, the Camargue, Luberon or the authentic villages around the Mont Ventoux.

 

This recently build holiday house (2010) with its living area on the first floor, has a modern interior combined with rustic accents and matching colors. All stylish furnishings have been chosen with care and good taste by its owner to insure your well being. The large and well equipped kitchen is provided with a table and 6 chairs and spreads into the cosy living room with its comfortable couch (third sleeping possibility) and two seats. Several large French doors in the living and dining area open onto the roof terrace near the entrance.  You will appreciate the large and comfortable bedrooms all with good quality bedding. Next to the kitchen is located the ‘buanderie’ (laundry room/ utility room) with a washing machine, wash basin and storage.

 

From the terrace on the first floor you have a magnificent view of the cherry grove and the surrounding hills with vineyards and olive trees. The shaded terrace next to the holiday house is a perfect place to enjoy a nice meal under the shadow.
