- Choose a check-in date, number of nights and number of persons and click on the ‘search’ button
- The list available lodgings for your desired rental period are displayed. (If you want to see more information about the accommodation click on ‘details’ and you’ll be redirected to the accommodation page. Go back to the former page to book. Click on the ‘Book’ button of the lodging you want to book and put this in your basket.
- When a lodging is put in your basket you are automatically redirected to the check-out process.
- Fill in your contact information such as your name, address and phone number
- You can verify the information you’ve given and confirm your booking

You’ll receive a confirmation of your booking directly per email (this is not a booking confirmation). Within a couple of hours we will send you per email the booking confirmation with the invoice and rental conditions.

Cancellation costs will be charged in the case that the tenant wishes to cancel the agreement,
In the case of cancellation prior to the term of 8 weeks prior to the start of the stay, you must pay an amount of 40% of the total rent due.
In the case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to start of stay you must pay the entire rent due. In the case of premature end of stay the entire rent due remains payable.
When you take a cancellation insurance via Provencemotion in co-operation with ETIG (European Travel Insurance Group) your cancellation costs will be fully refunded (Click here for coverage and conditions). ETIG pays back the full booking amount when cancellations are made before departure and also in case you have to cancel during your stay.
You can cancel during office hours. If a cancellation is made outside office hours, the cancellation is considered to be made on the first following working day (Tuesday to Saturday).
Yes, you can take a cancellation insurance via Provencemotion in co-operation with ETIG (European Travel Insurance Group). (by telephone or email) with a premium of 5.9% of the total rent due. This cancellation insurance is not included in the booking price and has to be paid extra.

No, Provencemotion doesn’t charge any booking costs. We want to offer you the best service for an honest price. Our sharp prices, without any additional costs such as booking or administration costs or costs for pets are clearly mentioned on our website. Unlike many other agencies that ask high booking prices with on top all those additional costs, hidden in their rental conditions. With us you will not be surprised or disappointed when you are enthusiastic about an accommodation and are planning to book with us.
Additional costs such as end of stay cleaning, rental of bed linen or extra electricity costs are mentioned on the accommodation page under ‘supplements’ and have to be arranged and paid cash to the owner. Provencemotion doesn’t have any influence or whatsoever and doesn’t take any responsibility for this.
No, we don’t charge extra costs for your pet. Every accommodation indicates whether pets are allowed or not. Normally you’re only allowed to bring one dog (size of a Cairn terrier). You are obliged to inform us within a week after booking what kind of pet you want to bring and how many. Some owners are more flexible than others and therefore we prefer to ask permission to the owner first in order to prevent any problems and disappointments.
Please contact us if you’re not sure whether your dog (or other kind of pet) will be allowed or not. We will contact the owner if it is possible or not. Make sure your dog doesn’t enter the bedrooms or swimming pool.

Unless Provencemotion takes care of this in name of the owner. In this case the security deposit has to be paid together with the last payment of the rent due. The security deposit will be given back to you by the end of your stay, eventually deducted with costs for damage or non paid costs.
- Eventual electricity costs; some owners charge extra costs in case you might consume more than 8KW per day.
Additional costs are mentioned on the accommodation page under ‘supplements’ and have to be arranged and paid cash to the owner.
When you book more than 8 weeks prior to stay we ask you to do a down payment of 40% of the total rent due, to be paid at the latest 7 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. The remaining 60% of the rent due must be paid at the latest 8 weeks prior to the stay. The booking request confirmation we send to you isn’t a booking confirmation.
If a reservation is made within 8 to 2 weeks prior to the stay, the total amount of rent due should be received within 5 working days after the confirmation of the booking on our account.
If a reservation is made within one week up to 2 days prior to the stay, the total amount of rent due should be paid by phone banking
With every payment you’ll receive by email a payment confirmation and a payment balance.
After full payment of the rent due, the travel documents are sent to you by email or by post approximately three weeks prior to stay with the contact details of the owner, itinerary etc.
The maximum number of persons allowed is mentioned in the accommodation description. You are not allowed to stay with more persons. If you want to invite family or friends during your stay then we kindly ask you to contact the owner or contact person of your holiday house, villa or Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
You can book all our villas and holiday houses normally per week from Saturday till Saturday. Some owners offer you the possibility to book their accommodation(s) for a on another day and/or for less days during low season. Bed and Breakfast accommodation of course can be booked on every day of the week. Please contact us if you want to book an accommodation for a different time period.

As a holiday rental agent in villas, holiday houses and Bed&Breakfast we want to insure you the best stay possible. Therefore we visit and rate every accommodation based on more than 33 different criteria so you’ll have a good impression of the comfort level of each accommodation. These criteria are translated into number of stars ranged from 1 to 4 star(s). Often lodgings are already rated by national or local tourism departments and for these accommodations our ratings matches their standards.
