Banon and its famous goat cheese
    On the Plateau d'Albion in Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, surrounded by lavender fields and vast plains of wheat between the ‘Montagne de Lure’ and the Mont Ventoux, the village of Banon. The village is built on a mountain at an altitude of 760 meters and has magnificent view of the Vallée de Coulon. Revest du Bion
In the middle of the Plateau d'Albion in the Alpes de Haute-Provence is situated the village Revest-du-Bion. It is built on a mound due to its location on the plateau d'Albion but with a height of 960 meters you can call Revest a real mountain village.
